		Boerne, settled in 1849, is located along the southern rim of the Edwards Plateau, 30 miles north of San Antonio, in Kendall County.
The City of Boerne, with a population of 10,000, encompasses 13 square miles either side of Interstate 10. The Cibolo Creek runs through the center of the City.

From San Antonio, take IH-10 northwest 30 miles and exit at US US Hwy 87.
